Abstract
Knowledge management as a response to globalization, changes in consumer preferences, technological advances and faster product updates and other issues arising between the market and enterprise organizations have been of concern of the theoretical and practical circles. With in-depth study of this field, many researchers have through into an unprecedented effort to knowledge management. In this paper, the existing research results have been sorted, it analysis the status quo from the activities of the mechanism of organizational knowledge, organizational coordination and control, knowledge management technology systems, and discusses the problems need to be studied in depth from above aspects.
