In recent twenty years, through various means of stock right financing, the domestic listed companies have made indelible contribution not only to theirs own growth but also to the social development. However, compared with the listed companies of developed countries, financing behavior of China´s listed companies still exists many problems and has not given full play to the financing function of the listed company. Therefore, the paper firstly analyzed the reasons why domestic listed companies only preferred stock right financing; secondly, pointed out that China´s listed companies have problems in financing idea, the issue of new stock, capital increase by the right issue and the issue of additional new stocks and corresponding reasons; finally, put forward some policy suggestions for upgrading the financing ability of domestic listed companies.
