As the development and application of information technology and network technology in education, Virtual Learning Community as a new network platform of education has become an effective complement to classroom teaching, including how to effectively interact with students and learners to improve the quality of distance learning has also been more and more attention. Based on the discussion of Distributed Cognition perspective in Virtual Learning Community for teachers and learners with teaching strategies.
