Abstract :
This paper presents a system designed for digital audio broadcasting. Short length Quasi Cyclic Low-density parity-check (QC-LDPC) codes is constructed and used in the designed broadcasting system. EXIT chart analysis proves that the QC-LDPC converges fast. In contrast to convolutional code, the LDPC code has no more computation operations and achieves better error performance in simulation. Short length QC-LDPC is an appropriate selection for audio broadcasting system.
