Abstract :
Recently, many enterprises outsource their logistics. Considering the future uncertainty and applying Matrix Game Theory , this paper constructs the logistics outsourcing allocation strategy that enterprises outsource logistics business to different logistics providers and a guaranteed minimum income is calculated, which support a kind of new idea and method to enterprises allocate logistics outsourcing reasonably to different logistics providers.
