Abstract
Government procurement performance evaluation is an effective means to expedite the procurement outcome of government´s departments. The key factor to setting up an effective evaluation system of government procurement is choosing reasonable evaluation indexes with accurate weights related. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new method based on data mining to improve the GP evaluation system, and to found a dynamic framework of evaluation system´s continual development via the data warehouse technology. By proving the scientific value of this new method, the author thinks that it can avoid the defects of the past methods efficiently.
