Based on the study of Shandong province talented volleyball reserve training efficiency, The paper mainly discussed the contribution rate of reserve forces, grade distribution, levels and other important indicators of the trend curve over the past decade, at the same time, the system modeling has been made for the up-level efficiency and the basis contribution rate. Studies suggest that the current basic rate of contribution of the second-tier team is higher than the national average rate by 7 percentage points, and third-tier 3 percentage points. The basic rate of contribution of the three troop shows that the number of the children participated in amateur athletics volleyball training in Shandong Province is declining.
