Abstract :
Taking a distributed system, formed by interconnecting small, modular wind turbine, PV arrays and storage devices (battery bank), this paper focuses on the optimization and coordination of hybrid resources in the system during the running process. It is a challenge task since the behavior of the system is becoming unpredictable and more complexity. Firstly, a typical construct of a distributed generation system is introduced, and a new multi-layer coordinative optimization is proposed to realize the reorganization of the system with change of environment. Then, an improved genetic algorithm is proposed and applied to the system for its optimization in system view. Finally, a simulation to a scenario case study is shown with good result based on the data from the South China University of China.
