Research on project management mode selection and project organization design of manufacturing enterprise

Engineering construction projects usually have characteristics of long duration, large investment, complex technology and high risk. While the majority of manufacturing enterprises in China at present are lack of project management experience and capacity. At the same time, common project management modes usually have their own advantages and disadvantages in current marketing environment in China. This paper innovatively proposes a mixed project management mode and its implementation methods mainly based on the actual characteristics and needs of manufacturing enterprise. It analyzes the key points when the owner is managing and controlling projects under this mode. On this basis it designs the organization structure mode to fit with the special project management mode. Many practices have showed that this kind of design has positive effects on improving the project management capabilities of manufacturing enterprises from two levels of external and internal, and it also ensures the achievement of project objectives.
