The logistics finance model and its application in China

With the development of logistics, the firms on the logistics chain, especially the Chinese small and medium enterprises, find it very difficult to get the financial support from the bank, the launch of the logistics finance paves the road for the integration of the logistics firms and finance sectors to a certain extent, and is popular at home and abroad nowadays. Based on the previous study and practice of logistics chain finance, this paper puts forward the bank oriented model, logistics firm oriented model, discusses their advantages, disadvantages, and their application, and generalize the two models finally, the results may benefits the Chinese enterprises on the logistics finance chain and financial sectors as well.
