After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The Yangtze River, rich of fisheries resource, is an important fisheries area in China; however it has been over-exploited in recent years due to the abuse of different kinds of fishing gear and fishing methods. In order to make full use of fisheries resources which should be effectively protected in the Yangtze River, this paper discussed how to accurately and reasonably use fishing gear and fishing methods so that objective of sustainable development is attained.
