Abstract
A glass circuit receiver including a balanced limiter, a low noise PHEMT amplifier stage, two HBT amplifier stages, phase shifter and a step attenuator has been designed, fabricated and measured showing a first pass success. A unique combination of 33 dB gain, 2.5 dB noise figure, +34 dBm output IP3 at 0.4 W total power consumption was achieved over 6 - 10 GHz.
