Abstract
The design of high linearity, wide-band feedforward amplifiers is addressed with particular emphasis on high quality linear-phase components. A 900MHz feedforward amplifier (FFAMP) has been designed to validate the theoretical basis which demonstrates especially good suppression of intermodulation products (>25 dB).
