Abstract
In order to eliminate the disadvantage of polyploidy factors to engineering quality, two tasks are pointed out. One, the factor group including polyploidy factors should be broken down into single factor; Two, each single factor should be treated with completely under three conditions. The three conditions are controllability of object, validity of measures, and stability of environment. Together the theoretical analysis result of the three conditions with the characteristics of construction project, a new program named work-procedure control method is put forward for achieving above two tasks, and a five-grade judgment standard is established to identify the quality control ability. At last, a real construction example is presented for proving the validity of this new method.
