Abstract :
Research on product traceability has practical significance for food safety in food industry. Implementation of product traceability is also one of important targets for MES system. Basing on the study of the product traceability connotation, this paper analyzed and classified the contents of tobacco product traceability and provided a method for production process traceability in accordance with the characteristics of tobacco industry. Meantime, the key techniques of product traceability were applied to the practical tobacco MES project of Yanji Cigarette Factory for test. The results proved that the method is effective for analysis of product traceability in tobacco industry.
