Abstract :
This paper illustrates the past performance indices utilized in the Canadian Electricity Association, Electric Power System Reliability Assessment protocols and proposes a procedure to represent predictive indices in a similar form. This procedure is illustrated using a small educational test system designated as the RBTS and the IEEE Reliability Test System (IEEE-RTS)
