Abstract
The LSE generalized admittance matrix approach for the analysis of cylindrical cavities coupled by rectangular apertures is discussed. A suitable form of the dyadic Green´s function has been used and criteria for the truncation of the associated two-index series are presented. Two different matching techniques are then discussed and their relative advantages are pointed out.
