Abstract :
This work covers the information about the mathematical model of elastic electronic polarization of condensed dielectric, which is caused by the action of variable electric field with small voltage, built with the help of explicit direction of feedback. It is shown, that cybernetic approach allows to receive the original indication of complex dielectric permittivity of the material, deprived of the negative features peculiar to the conventional model. The advanced method of parametrical synthesis of equations of the processes of the discussed type is offered.
