Abstract :
Long lived metastable states of water caused by the microwave radiation were discovered experimentally and investigated using spectroscopic (UV-region, NMR) and biological sensor methods. We empirically examined different structure levels of liquid water from the point of view of possible reorganization under the influence of the microwave radiation of different powers and frequencies. It was shown that different types of clusters had normal frequency modes in the range between (20-240) cm¿1. The quantum correlations of particullary localized protons with same wave functions lead to longtime metastable states in liquid water.
