Abstract :
BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) is a modern project-financing pattern in the world. On the base of analysis of the venture resource and structure in BOT projects, fuzzy math and the theory of AHP are combined to set forward a fuzzy overall evaluation model, which is used in the research of venture evaluation in Large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums based on BOT mode. This model is a method of Large-Scale Gyms and Stadiums based on BOT mode risk distinguish, evaluation, in which subjective and objective analysis are combined. Furthermore, the model is applied to a practical example of case.
