Abstract :
The paper considers methods for increasing the accuracy of micromechanical gyroscopes and controlling the working frequencies of the device. It is shown that improvement of characteristics of miscrogyroscopes may be achieved only by using an automatic system which tunes and stabilizes the main parameters of the device. The paper presents a circuit of oscillation excitation with the reference generator for which frequency is automatically adjusted to the mechanical resonance frequency of the sensitive element with respect to the excitation axis. The circuit for frequency auto tuning of the reference generator is shown.
