Abstract
GaAs MMIC technology has already been employed to great advantage in the design of various active circuits [1][2], such as matching networks, multipliers, circulators and phase shifters. In this paper, we present two original monolithic negative resistance chips. These circuits are used to improved the intrinsic performances of planar microstrip resonators [3][4][5]. Finally, electrical stability of these devices is analysed.
