Abstract :
The paper considers a class of jump discrete-time control systems, composed of a set of plants with transition between them determined by a homogeneous Markov chain taking values in a finite set of modes. When the mode is fixed, the plant state evolves according to the individual linear dynamic corrupted by control dependent noises. Necessary and sufficient conditions for robust stabilization against polytopic mode uncertainty and for simultaneous stabilization via output feedback are obtained. LMI based algorithms for computations of the gain matrices of stabilizing controllers are also given.
