Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

On the basis of summaries of all domestic and international theories about entrepreneurial teams´ performance, this paper proposes the three dimensionalities of entrepreneurial teams´ performance, namely: the development power, the cohesion force, and the achievement of an entrepreneurial team; and then, sets up a concept model of an entrepreneurial team´s performance; further, explores the principles and methods of how to evaluate the development power and the cohesive force of an entrepreneurial team´s performance, and the effects they put on the performance; at last , gives some proposals on the management of an entrepreneurial team.
