Study on Causal Model between Intellectual Capital and Performance on the Basis of Knowledge Value Creation

Abstract :
The causal model shows that human capital is the main body of value creation by knowledge acquisition, process, storage and application. Human capital has a direct impact on others elements of intellectual capital through knowledge accumulation, dissemination and share. Process capital interacts with innovation capital. There are some knowledge actions between these two capitals, such as knowledge transformation, innovation and protection etc. The right innovation capital and process capital will have leverage on the value creation of human capital. Innovation capital and process capital have directly effect on customer capital by being substantiated to the products and services. Customer capital is the beginning and ultimate goal of the knowledge value chain, which is the direct way to realize the corporate performance.
