Abstract

Independent innovation becomes an important force for enterprises in China facing the economic global challenges and ever development. A performance appraisal to the independent innovation activities of enterprises in China will be benefit for enterprises to manage their independent innovation activities more scientific and reasonable. The present study makes choices to independent innovation and performance appraisal model of enterprises and selects indexes based on DEA method, and makes verifiable investigation and evaluation through innovation data of several enterprises.
