Abstract :
Disaster relief is a systematic project, application of 3S integration technology in disaster relief support is a hot topic and the development trend in current disaster relief. With the constant development of space technology and satellite accuracy, as well as the expansion of GIS supported by computer software and hardware, 3S technology is bound to permeate every link of disaster rescue. Relief decision-making is the basic guarantee of successful disaster relief, “3S” technology in the relief is playing an increasingly prominent role. Based on the practical problems confronted by the army aviation in Wenchuan earthquake relief work, this paper proposes using 3S technique for the aviation relief decision support system, and on the basis of the composition of “3S”, this system in relief support several specific applications, including the route choice of the rescue helicopter, airline safety evaluation and analysis, landing site selection and logistics flow distribution, thus ensure the efficient disaster relief work smoothly.
