  • Abstract
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of offset printing ink system, combining with the least squares support vector machines(LS-SVM) which has the features of small samples, nonlinear and high-dimensional, a model of ink preset for offset printing based on LS-SVM is proposed in this paper. The model considered the perturbation between the ink regions, the ink coverage percentage of seven ink regions were used as the input of model, and we used the weighted coefficients to mark the impact of strength in different ink regions, and the corresponding ink key opening degree to the middle ink regions were used as the output of the model, the necessary training samples were obtained through a specially designed proof. The experimental simulation shows that the ink preset model has a high accuracy and stability.
