Abstract :
Environmental pollution accidents are a serious threat to human health, and it will destroy the environment. Especially for the diffused gas, because a lot of harmful pollutants will be distributed widely in a short time, so it causes significant environmental pollution. Base on the simulation technology, the atmosphere model of pollution accidents provides effective support for the decision-making and reduce losses. The purpose of this paper is to research the technology of the atmosphere model Based on the theory of Gaussian. Combined with the characteristics of the GIS system, the dispersion model is applied to the Tianjin Environmental Monitoring System and achieved good results.
