  • Abstract
    A new algorithm for extracting images from a human face based on skin color and moving information, and the extracting method of moving information of the eyes, mouth and cheek regions are presented. The recognition system of the facial expressions using these features which are based on the fuzzy expert system is also presented. Computer simulation using 40 expressive facial videos shows more than 85% accuracy
