Abstract
In the article optimization gradient method application for control by non-stationary dynamic object (DO) by criterion of the maximal speed and linear restrictions on phase coordinates in real time is considered. As DO the electromechanical azimuthal pointing drive of antenna which mechanical part contains weakly damping oscillatory parts, which quality-factor is 20 dB, loaded by the external influence having random character (wind). Necessary control quality is reached by means of optimization gradient method application which bases on Lyapunov´s direct method.
