Abstract :
LeNAC protein, consisted of 301 amino acid residues, was analyzed by bioinformatics tools. The results showed that LeNAC belongs to the NAM superfamily transcription factor, and it was a hydrophilic protein which contained 18 potential phosphorylation sites, One N-Glycosylation potential sites.
