Abstract :
The main research methods of this paper are entropy weight method and simulation analysis method. This research can be totally divided into five steps: the first step is to finish building the evaluation index system of telecommunication industries´ core competence, the second step is to finish the simulation modeling work, the third step is to finish debugging and running the simulation program, the forth step is to get the analysis of simulation outcome and the last step is to finish finding out the related solution measures and schemes.
