Abstract :
Shooting three same surfaces of revolution(SOR) with the camera results in a special image. Through studying the geometric of SOR in this image, we show that such image can provide sufficient information for camera calibration. Experiment proves that our method can calibrate camera effectively and provide support for the application based on the image processing technology.
