Abstract :
This paper adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to the establishment of a highway service satisfaction evaluation system, and by pairwise comparisons between the factors that influence service this system provides judgment matrices on different levels. The corresponding normalization vector of judgment matrix´s biggest characteristic root be taken into fuzzy evaluation system as those influential factors weight vector. Then, this paper evaluates the information diffusion, emergency rescue, service area and overall service satisfaction of a highway separately. The result indicates that this method have a good effect in evaluating the highway service satisfaction.
