Abstract
Effective technological innovation and upgrading of enterprises has become the main form and strategic direction of international competition. Chinese MNCs should implement the investment strategies based on the technology upgrading and catch up the technological developments and trends in the world. It is specific for different investment strategies under different technological upgrading, such as Cross-border M & A, Strategic Alliance and Greenfield. The impact factors to technological upgrading include both micro and macro.
