Abstract :
The control performance of pitch angle can heavily influences the quality of power regulation for variable-speed adjustable-pitch wind turbine. A sliding mode control with adaptive fuzzy characteristic is proposed for pitch system. Using feedback linearization theory and combining adaptive fuzzy scheme, a sliding mode controller is designed, which can achieve control performance effectively with uncertain model. The simulation demonstrates that control system has high smoothness and can eliminate the wind speed disturbance. Adaptive fuzzy scheme guarantees good stable and dynamic behavior of system.
