Abstract :
In the research and development (R&D) process of enterprises, the difference and information asymmetry of the benefit goals between the investors and the R&D personnel often cause the R&D projects unable to complete successfully. Using the game theory, this article proposes an effective incentive mechanism, which can arouse the working enthusiasm of R&D personnel, discusses the questions of how the investors and R&D personnel should do to share risks, and develops the dynamic performance incentive contract, thus provides the theoretical basis for the enterprises to implement their R&D activities effectively.
