Abstract :
This paper presents an experimental study of cooling effectiveness of the designed high-pressure fogging system in the World Expo axis. Eligible meteorological condition of air temperature is upon 30°C and its humidity is below 70% and different pressures of the pump were conducted in the experiment. The experimental results shows the high-pressure fogging system has a positive cool effect in the Expo axis, as a result of 2-3°C temperature descent and about 10% humidity ascend. Under fogging pressures of 7 MPa, 5 MPa, 3 MPa, the temperature descent is respectively 4.7°C, 3.6°C and 3.2°C, and relative humidity raise in 20.7%, 12.2% and 14.3%, furthermore, the black bulb temperature correspondingly drop 4.61°C, 4.1°C, 2.35°C at the distance of 1 m from the fogging pole.
