Abstract :
Based on the deep analysis and research of DTN opportunistic forwarding mechanism, this paper has proposed a new data forwarding mechanism according to the characteristics of intermittent links of DTN. This mechanism has divided the data links of DTN into four categories: precise, approximate, vague and random. Based on the characteristics of the four kinds of links, we have established the data link scheduling model, data forwarding model and data forwarding strategy to realize the data forwarding oriented to DTN delay and tolerance. The simulation experiments have demonstrated that the new mechanism has a higher delivery rate and lower transmission overhead compared with the present data forwarding mechanism.
