In recent years, the CHP has developed rapidly, but the unreasonable phenomena of using energy are widespread. In the CHP system, the heat exchanger of steam and water not only to be heat-exchange equipment of hot and cold flux, but also to be cold-source equipment of heating flux, it decides energy cascade use to be sure the parameters of the heat exchanger of steam and water. This paper researches the heat exchanger of steam and water under off-design conditions, by calculating, we can get more reasonable parameters of extraction steam, these not only to make the "Temperature counterparts, graded use" of energy come true and to improve the energy efficiency, but also to improve the economic benefits of power plant.
