Abstract :
As an oil-saving measure in benchmarking management activity, the technical reformation of the burner of boiler No. 2 in Hubei Xisaishan Generation Corporation Limited was introduced, in which the gasified small oil gun ignition technology and combustion stabilizing device were used. According to the pulverized coal burning theory, combining with coal quality fired in the plant practically, the original, louvered, horizontal and concentrated-diluted burners in corners No.1 ~ No.4 were removed and replaced by tiny-oil ignition pulverizedcoal burners. The operation practice after reformation shows that the new ignition system can ignite pulverized coal reliably and can keep stable combustion, and then the obvious oil-saving effect was obtained.
