  • Abstract
    Aiming at a project selecting and sustaining problem in military scientific research scheme organization, which is inherently vague and uncertain, especially for subjective judgment and expertise, the generalized ordered weighted averaging(GOWA) operators introduced by Yager are further extended to aggregate vague or imprecise information expressed using intuitionistic fuzzy sets(IFSs). Based on the intuitionistic fuzzy GOWA (IFGOWA) operators, a group decision making methodology is established to aggregate intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations among alternatives in group decision making problems under intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Experiment analysis and an application in scientific research scheme organization are examined to demonstrate the implementation of the proposed method.
