Abstract :
The data quality and trigger performance monitorization of the ATLAS/LHC detector poses new challenges. The monitorization data will be managed by the ATLAS TDAQ Monitoring framework, and stored using the Monitoring Data Archive (MDA). We present the implementation of the ONline Objects Extended Database BrowsEr (NODE), designed to access and display MDA data, in particular its histograms. To cope with the special nature of the Monitoring objects, a plug-in from the MDA framework to the Temporal Instrumental Databases (TIDB2) is used. The database browser is extended, in particular, to include operations on histograms like display, overlap, comparisons, as well as commenting and local copy saving.
