Abstract :
CMOS monolithic current-mode DC-DC converters have been widely used as a core part of integrated power management circuits. The design of the current sensors and efficiency enhance structures are challenging and have kept evolving with the advanced technology. A review of the state-of the-art current sensor designs and efficiency enhancement structure will be discussed in the paper.
