Abstract :
In this paper, we classify the personnel quota control modes in group companies into three categories. The description of three control modes and their features are discussed. From perspectives of parent companies and subsidiaries, we analyze factors relevant to the selection of personnel quota control modes. Based on the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, we provide a decision-making method which can help group companies to choose the proper personnel quota control mode. Finally, a case study is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
