  • Abstract
We propose two very simple circuits of transimpedance amplifier to realize a linear current-to-voltage conversion. The speed of circuits operation can be high and the implementation of the circuits does not require any linear capacitance as the conversion is not based on any charge accumulation process. The gain of the conversion and the dynamic range are adjustable so that the users of the circuits can make the best trade-off to optimize the results in specific applications. The circuits can be fabricated using a CMOS single poly technology which facilitates applications of the circuits in mixed signal applications
