  • Abstract
    With knowledge economy´ arrival, the evaluation of knowledge workers´ competence is an important problem that can remarkably influence competitiveness and development of an organization. Due to the complexity of evaluation index, the fuzziness and incompleteness of evaluation information, we proposed an evaluation method of knowledge workers´ competence based on triangular fuzzy number and AHP algorithm. The method is applied to evaluate knowledge workers´ competence combining the qualitative and quantitative method by introducing triangle fuzzy number and AHP algorithm. An example is shown. The method in the paper has achieved usability and flexibility for the complex evaluation of knowledge workers competence by comparing the method with fuzzy TOPSIS method.
