Abstract
This paper presents a brief introduction to a "share the questions" method for information sharing across \´stovepiped\´ agencies with Alias-i ThreatTrackers™. This model offers an alternative to "share the data" approaches that are generally untenable for legal and procedural reasons. ThreatTrackers™ are analyst-authored collections of entities, classes and keyword searches which function as a data collection tool and information access interface. They are effective mechanisms for recording an analyst\´s intent when tracking threats or other scenarios in a data feed. After describing the advantages of ThreatTrackers™ over other analytical processes, the paper discusses how ThreatTrackers™ can be shared across \´stovepiped\´ agencies. Data can be interchanged and answers returned to their originators despite the restrictions on inter-agency information sharing.
