With the development of economic globalization and changes of the pattern of international competition, more and more multinational corporations in organized way establish R&D branches, allocate R&D Resources, engage in technical researches and development in accordance with the comparatives advantages of host countries in human resource, technology and natural resources on a global scale. Because of difference on region´s economic development level, the distribution of scientific and technological resources, investment market and related scientific research environment, the spatial distribution of multinational corporations´ R&D shows a strong regionality. The empirical results show that multinational R&D departments in China are thought of a great deal of China´s cheap and abundant human resources.
